Wes Goodman, PhD, CSCS, CPSS, grew up in small-town Montana and started his first business shortly after high school. He built that business while attending Montana State University and pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies, with research focused on biomechanics. He holds a PhD in Biomechanics.

His career spans strength and conditioning, sport science, scientific research, college teaching, clinical exercise physiology, and human factors and ergonomics. He has also worked in the startup space across telehealth, health technology, and biomedical research and product development.

Through Goodman Human Performance Consulting, Wes brings these experiences together to help clients understand human movement, evaluate scientific evidence, and answer practical questions about health, technology, and performance. His approach reflects both his research training and years of working directly with people.

Outside of work, Wes enjoys sports, lifting weights, biking, fishing, skiing, and hiking. He and his wife are raising a young family in Montana.

Careful analysis.
