Goodman Human Performance Consulting is operated by LIKE IRON LLC. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with likeironstrong.com and inquiries submitted through the website.

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you enter, including your name, email address, inquiry type, and project overview. You may also provide your organization, phone number, and preferred timing. We also receive information you choose to send by email or during follow-up correspondence.

Please keep initial inquiries nonconfidential. Do not send medical records, identifiable patient or research-participant data, privileged case materials, trade secrets, payment-card information, or other sensitive documents through this form. If your project requires sensitive information, contact us first to arrange an appropriate transfer method and any necessary confidentiality terms.

How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your needs, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

The inquiry form sends an email notification to wes@likeironstrong.com. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a security incident.

Website operation and usage information

Our website uses WordPress and Jetpack, including Jetpack Stats and protection against repeated unauthorized login attempts. Technical information may be processed to operate, secure, and understand use of the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, pages visited, referring pages, and the time of a visit.

WordPress and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as authentication and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect some website functions.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, evaluate or carry out an engagement, and meet applicable business or legal obligations. Retention may differ for email records, technical logs, backups, and client project records.

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, email wes@likeironstrong.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations or resolve an existing matter. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
